About

My name is Terence Guider-Shaw, I’m a freelance photojournalist in the Chicagoland area.  This blog page helps me organize my work, and show off the stuff I’m excited about and helps me organize the stuff I’m  just not sure about.    Like most photojournalist, I walk around with my camera wherever I go, and I use up tons of hard drive space.  This means I have many pictures that I’ve taken and never even really looked at until now.  My editing skills need to get better, so I’m practicing on here on WordPress.  If you happen to run into this blog, please feel free to give feed back on what you like and what you think I can do to get better.

Thanks

Terence,

P.S

Check out my new site http://www.tguiderphoto.com.  It’s all my food stuff, but more put together, and lookout for tgsphotography.com, it’s coming soon.

By the way all of the photos on this site are copyrighted, and belong to me, so don’t mess with me.

  1. Hello,

Not sure you’ll be interested but I felt the urge to tell you that your photos have won a place of honor in Chef Cory York’s scrap book. His Dad and I keep one—-its not a magazine, but it’s the best book in our house!!!!!!! Thank you for this portrayal of him!!!

    1. Mrs. York,

Your words mean a lot, and thank you. I’m a proud Mama’s boy, so when a mother pays me a compliment on a story I did on their child, that is a very high honor. So thank you for allowing my work to be place in that scrap book.

  2. Nice reading about you Terence your pic are absolutely lovely, I loved them

Thanks for visiting my blog. Be in touch. Browse through the category sections, I feel you may find something of your interest.
